How long before I get my ordered items?
Packing and shipment will be finished within 1-2 business days after ordering, only on workdays.
Domestic Shipping
All domestic parcels are shipped via UPS channel, standard receiving takes 3-7 business days.
International Shipping
All international parcels are shipped via DHL channel.
Standard receiving time for international parcels is 4-21 business days.
International delivery may be extended, and clearance speed directly affects arrival time.
Preppy Prodigy shall not bear tariffs and customs handling fees incurred during cross-border shipping.
